The classical world lives thanks to evolution. There are no perfect copies, only interpretations and it is precisely the quality of the interpretation that differentiates the artist from the mundane: Canova from an anonymous marble craftsman, Toscanini from a small-town conductor...

 

It is a rule I learnt from my grandfather and which I apply to my work every day.

 

Today, interpreting classical elegance means being able to recreate an entire living space that acts as a treasure chest for the individual treasures it contains, while at the same time being able to stand out thanks to a character of its own.

 

Today Roberto Giovannini can boast an in-house design studio with decades of experience in interior design.
We select precious materials, combining them with an original flair; the proposal of peronalised finishes. We make use of artistic wallpapers to create new backgrounds as a setting for arranging furniture.

The interpretation of Classic style is thus detached from the single object and lives in the complexity of the combinations, of the visual references and in the willingness to design each setting starting from the structural and architectural characteristics of each place, to celebrate its history or - why not...? - to begin a new, equally prestigious one.
