Marble reflects and reverberates light through its crystals

 

The Red Levanto marble is Ligurian, with its deep red hue from iron oxides, criss-crossed by interweaving bright white veins. The Light Emperador is of Spanish origin, with reflections from a blend of minerals, while the Dark Emperador is austere in grey and black, streaked with caramel and beige nuances that change colour due to the varying concentrations of calcite, crystals and minerals in their extraction sites. Among the polychrome marbles from the Gulf of Poets near La Spezia, we have the superb Nero Portoro with its intense and brilliant black, adorned with golden veins. The Tiger's Eye is magical and astounding, a quartz with its beautiful, golden, catlike streaks, while the Labdorite, iridescent like the colours of the Northern Lights, shimmers with  its crystals boasting protective and regenerative properties.  All the power of the tropical forest and the Pacific waves comes to life in the Verde Guatemala with its intense green, veined with shades of emerald, white, and black. In contrast, the White Calacatta is cold and flawless, the noblest of marbles from the Tuscan Apuan Alps.  And lastly, the Gold Stalactite Onyx, one of the most precious onyx stones, is a golden-caramel hue, crossed by white veins creating fantastic maps like imaginary worlds.
