We need to move from the logic of export to the logic of internationalisation.
Over the past few years, we have consolidated our presence in key markets for our company thanks to a careful policy of exhibiting at trade fairs, of consolidated relationships with our retail partners and the opening of numerous showroom corners around the world:
Tehran, Riyadh, Shanghai, Beijing, Toronto, Istanbul, Moscow, Grozny, Makhachkala, Baku, Doha, Abu-Dhabi, Seoul and Ho-Chi-Min city as well as, of course, those present in the national territory of Florence, Milan, Rome, Naples and Maglie.
Strategies which have proved useful in exporting the product and establishing the brand, but which today must be strengthened further.
In view of the recent health crisis, which has not yet been completely resolved, it is necessary to tackle the markets with an even more incisive approach.
It is essential to ensure an immediate presence in the leading markets and to strengthen brand, retail and product strategies, working with transversal proposals and increasingly customised projects, to have a phygital, physical and digital, presence at the same time, capable of actively involving all the players in the chain.
We will therefore be investing in new digital strategies to respond to the changes taking place in our sector, and in communication to connect with an increasing number of players and influencers in the key markets where we are already present and in those yet to be reached.
