FOCUS: OUR HALL OF MIRRORS
Always the pride and likeness of our tradition
In our catalogue, there are over two hundred re-editions of original mirror designs, ranging from the mid-17th century to the mid-19th century. Our tradition, inaugurated sixty years ago by Roberto Giovannini, draws its richness from the careful study of correspondence, documents, letters, drawings, and historical books. These resources enable us to faithfully reinterpret exquisite artefacts with meticulous and philological care.
Mirrors, which have been so important over time, especially during the Baroque and Neoclassical eras, have been and continue to be a source of pride and accomplishment in our production. The frames, adorned with refined carvings and meticulous leaf gilding, encase clear mirrors of the highest quality, just like those found in the famous Hall of Mirrors at Versailles.
Today, as in the past, through their magic, mirrors transport us to dimensions that bridge myth and reality in homes and palaces alike.
